Jonathan trained on Avid at the National Film & Television School in 2004 and the BBC Academy in 2005 but ironically now mainly works on Final Cut.  He and has edited numerous films, long and short form, for broadcasters such as the BBC and major blue-chips clients such as Barclays Bank, the Department of Health and the F.A.  Jonathan's debut credit came in 1998 with the 2 x 1 hour WWII broadcast documentary 'Forgotten War' about the Russian invasion of Finland.  Since then Jonathan has edited numerous projects for the BBC including a decade of montages for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year category of 'Unsung Hero'.  Sport films became a staple with Jonathan editing numerous projects for the BBC, Football Foundation, Your Game and the F.A Cup national tour as well as the broadcast documentary of Unsung Hero.  Initially through the BBC then as a freelancer Jonathan has also edited numerous charity partner films, focusing on personal, often tragic but uplifting stories. For the past few years Jonathan has also edited over 250 recipe films for the Co-op food channels, facebook, instagram. This work led to cookery book promos and Kids cooking films for chef Amanda Grant and even commercials for Neff Ovens. However, Jonathan's passion is drama and through his work with Kallidus he has edited numerous films of dramatic and violent conflict.
